Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Foster joined Climb Global Solutions with over 20 years of industry and channel experience. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Foster was with Promark Technology since 1988 and served as President since 1997. Mr. Foster held various sales and product manager positions leading up to 1997 and was responsible for the strategic direction of the company along with overseeing Promark’s national sales force. With the acquisition of Promark by Ingram Micro in 2012, Mr. Foster became Executive Director and General Manager overseeing the growth strategies of the Promark emerging vendor division. Mr. Foster is a 1987 Graduate of The Rochester Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Technology in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Foster also holds an Associate’s degree in electrical engineering from Alfred State University.

Matthew Sullivan

Matthew Sullivan

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sullivan, age 35, has 13 years of accounting and financial leadership experience. He joined the Company in January 2019 and has risen internally to his most recent role as Vice President, Corporate Controller. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sullivan spent two years with Jackson Hewitt as Director of Accounting. Prior to joining Jackson Hewitt, Mr. Sullivan began his professional career in public accounting, including five years with BDO USA. Mr. Sullivan received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kutztown University.

Tim Popovich

Tim Popovich

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Popovich has accumulated over 20 years of experience in product management, sales, and operations since joining Climb Global Solutions in October of 2003. Mr. Popovich has risen internally to his current role of President and Chief Operating Officer, which he was appointed to in August of 2023. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Popovich served as an Account Manager for Depot America, a master distributor for HP and Lexmark printer equipment.

Mr. Popovich received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Wilkes University in 2000 and obtained a Professional Certificate in Sales Management from Rutgers School of Business in 2017.

Charles Bass

Chief Alliances Officer

Mr. Bass currently serves as Chief Alliances Officer at Climb Global Solutions. Mr. Bass, in his previous role as Chief Marketing Officer for Climb for the past four years, has been instrumental in identifying and onboarding emerging brands, connecting them with resellers to accelerate business growth. Prior to his roles at Climb, Mr. Bass was the Vice President of Channel Sales at Blue Medora and served as Vice President of Vendor Alliances and Marketing for Promark Technology, an Ingram Micro Company. Mr. Bass had overall responsibility for all marketing and vendor relationships. He had been part of the Promark Technology leadership team since joining the company in 2010. Mr. Bass was promoted to Promark Technology’s Board of Directors in 2012 and was part of the management team that successfully executed Promark’s acquisition by Ingram Micro in 4Q, 2012. Mr. Bass has over 26 years of sales, channel, marketing and business development experience in technology solutions. Mr. Bass worked at Hewlett Packard and LeftHand Networks where he was responsible for channel sales in North America for StorageWorks and LeftHand Networks products respectively. Prior to Hewlett Packard and LeftHand Networks, he held various sales leadership positions at Brocade Corporation, McDATA Corporation, and IBM.

Mr. Bass received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 1987 and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in 1990.

Vishal Pushpa

Vishal Pushpa

Chief Information Officer

Mr. Pushpa brings more than 20 years of enterprise technology leadership experience across high technology manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and services industries. He joined Climb Global Solutions after more than fourteen years at World Wide Technology, where he served last as Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, Architecture and Data, leading multiple large scale digital transformation initiatives across ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms. In this role, he led global teams and drove technology modernization, AI adoption, and enterprise integration programs supporting multibillion dollar business operations, with a strong focus on building scalable platforms and aligning technology execution to business outcomes.

Before his time at World Wide Technology, Mr. Pushpa held technology and consulting roles at Genpact and Oracle, supporting large‑scale enterprise system implementations and digital transformation programs.

Mr. Pushpa holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from BIT Sindri. He brings to Climb deep expertise in enterprise architecture, global operating model design, information security, and organizational transformation, with a proven ability to align technology strategy directly to business growth and execution.

Kim Stevens is a channel-focused marketing executive with more than 30 years of experience driving revenue growth, strengthening partner ecosystems, and leading high-impact go-to-market strategies across the IT channel. As Chief Marketing Officer at Climb, she brings a proven track record of building scalable partner programs, cultivating strategic relationships from contributor to C‑suite, and delivering integrated marketing, enablement, and demand generation initiatives that accelerate business performance. Kim is passionate about elevating vendor partnerships, aligning cross-functional teams, and creating meaningful, long-term value across the channel.

Prior to joining Climb in 2022, Kim ran the Women of the Channel Leadership Network at The Channel Company.  Prior to that passion project, Kim has led channel teams and partnerships at HP, EMC, Cisco, and IBM.  

Kim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston.
